How to get narrower temples?

I notice that whenever I have long side hair covering my temples,my cheekbones look more prominent and my esr looks better so how can I get narrower temples both naturally and surgically?

You can have some botox in the temple area to help reduce their size, as botox will block the nerve signal to the muscle

I have the same issue but having wide temples isn't a bad thing as long as you don't have a narrow jaw

just cover it up with hair like you said. i have narrow temples and it looks weird so be grateful that you don't, sure my cheekbones do look more prominent but i have to have long hair to look less like peanut head

Having long hair on the sides makes me look homeless and I can’t keep my hair long forever but thanks I’ll cope with hair until I get surgery

I have literally the same exact problem boy. I've noticed since I was a kid that I look better with a hood

keep temple/sideburn hair longer, or draw hair with like a eyebrow pencil jfl
