How to get 'normal' looking skin? Hypothyroidism?

I look like a zombie all the time, I dont even talk about having pimples or not. I have dark under eye circles, my lips are always dry, I have had fine lines since a very young age and look older because of it. Could it be a thyroid issue? It cant be a hormonal issue since my skin is the same when I started injecting T.

Anyone here got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and started taking meds and saw improvement in skin quality?

I dont really have a skin care routine, I just moisturize after showering. But as I said, I dont have a problem with acne or pimples, my skin feels soft. Its just not looking healthy. Sometimes I feel irritation too, like I have a problem with blood circulating and I feel my skin itching a little bit.

take a bodytemperature if its low it might indicate underactive thyroid since those tests are hard as shit to get anyways

I sleep normally although I wake up often. I also always look like I havent slept for days.

Yeah Im always cold, except in summer. Like my hands would turn purple and cold with a jacket on whereas others run around in a shirt with no problems

yea thats not a good sign
Other symptoms are
-Weight gain
- brain Fog
- and at later stages possible hair loss/breakage

Ask your GP to get a test run

sometimes yes, but not more than once
jaw small to normal

I dont have a problem with weight gain tho.I have to actively bulk to gain weight. Even now on Test Im not really gaining weight

Get a piece of cardboard or some paper and bite it, then measure length between molar bite. Then you know exactly how big jaw

Same case here OP, my collagen is a lot worse than most of my peers but I don't know why. It can't be genetics because JFL both my mom and dad look a lot younger than their real age and same deal with my brothers. Check thyroid and see what's up, I think I'll do that too.

what do you mesn by small jaw? can you send a picture?

what differentiates a small underdeveloped jaw for that condition vs a small jaw thats developed and normal.

eat eggs.take selenium and iodine unless you have autoimmune then just take selenium.
