I have severe anxiety/high inhibition, i overthink and analyse everything.
This is very bad for social interactions. alcohol is good for lower inhibition but are there any good substances to get nt? i think androgenic spoke about this but i forgot

i did 30mg of propanolol one time for a school apresentation. no sides at all, slighty headache
recomended if you dont have pregrab source

where i live i can buy propanolol from amazon
pregrab you can buy from indiamart, but can be seized(unfurtunaly)

Not for me it doesn't. I drink a whole pot of very strong coffee every day before going to work. It gets me excited about mogging my co worker and playing mental games with them while swooning all the girls.

Same but sadly I’m young and in the uk so I don’t think I can get anything i just play music in an air pod while walking past people in public to boost my confidence as I sweat a lot in public
 
i sleep 10h a day, eat primal since half a year and i sun max. my t cant be that low

a lot of what’s talked about here is a symptom of low t, severe high anxiety, high inhibition, overthinking social situations, if you were high t you would just act, speak, move on.

better start pinning.
