How to get out of ltn hell and finally reach mtn? Pls help

I had a terrible base, I'm trying every softmax possible and buying new things, still pretty sure I'm mltn-hltn, ik my side profile is terrible and my main flaws, are there any non-surgery things I can do that could help a little at least?

Softmax can't address your facial failos.
You'd need commissuroplasty, gonion implants and intraoral opening wedge bony genioplasty to ascend. If you do even of these, you'd probably be mtn
