They usually end up looking like shit due to many factors and dont do silicone use peek, and yeah they can help the hollow cheek look, but you need a great malar region to pair with it

yeah but the tradeoff is usually they end up looking bulky and ur masseters look weird when activated so spend top dollar if youre planning on getting them

youd probably also need fillers and botox to help mitigate this, fillers to smooth the transition and botox to lower the weird masseter look
