Outward gonions are responsible for mandible angularity from front and make whole ramus visible from profile.
As far as I know good surgeon should be able to move gonions outwards like that
Are there any other osteotomies? maybe rotated maxilla upward with MSE/MARPE +FM would decrease gonial angle and give square effect.
