How to get over a dream that you quit

It was 2023 I loved to play football , I was really Damm good but then i suddenly got worse as a couple seasons went on and all my teammates went to academy’s I stayed at the club I had been there for 4 years but one day after a match I was finished crying in my bed and my mom came in and I told her I don’t want to play anymore I wish I had never quit but my social skills and anxiety because I’m an autist won’t allow it anymore when I walk through the park i will avoid teenagers before even getting within 50 feet of them

I played basketball for almost 8 years and had to quit due to unfair circumstances, its not that serious man go play at the park w some buddies for fun
