In my case i think if the people responsible took accountability ( my parents) and paid for the neccessary surgeries to at least get me somehwere close to what my face should look like it would help a little but they refuse to take 0 accountability and they now have the nerve to often bring up the subject of when will i have children and when will i look into buying properties ( because i am nearly a oldcel) like any money i make wont be going towards jaw surgery Jfl

i am going to cut them off and go turkey for jaw surgery i have accepted the risks that if i die i dont care

Not a fan of implants. But do you have a diagram of what the modified lefort 3 cut is? Like does it move the lower maxilla forward and change your bite? Or does it not affect that.

Urgh stop man. Both my parents have perfectly forward grown faces, I know it’s the mouth breathing and it’s basic physics. If you haven’t got mouth shut and your tongue supporting the roof of the mouth, the jaw will drop downwards when growing due to gravity. No baby was born recessed
