He means that if u actually have severe adhd and need adderall, u wouldnt have to find methods to get it prescribed, as it would’ve been prescribed to u if u actually need it, the best bet for adderall is find a friend who has it and ask to buy some, besides that its just finding a plug for it or using dark web, u could get other stimulants and maybe adderall from Indiamart though.
