people LOOVEEE talking about themselves. everyone does. this is easily able to be taken advantage of to make people love talking to you, and increase your status. this is the exact reason celebs do interviews, not just for the money, but because they love talking about themselves.
its fairly simple, you just have to ask them questions. find out who they are (not in a stalker way, but in a mind reading way i guess JFL), but if you already know them well enough this will be easy. start off the conversation simple, with something like "hows it going", or other conversation starters. and then go from there, keep asking them questions about themselves, and sometimes its nice to relate to things they say, but don't do it too much to where it seems like you want to talk lots. keep them talking, it flows easier the more they talk. i do this with my dad all the time, and hes kinda the one who taught me this. you can do this if u are super ND, as all you have to do is say a few sentences, and then ask them questions, and then let them speak and don't interrupt.
however, this will be harder if you are speaking to someone quiet or shy. if you are trying to do this with someone shy, try to speak lots about yourself, people also like listening, so if you blab on about, they will feel more comfortable to speak, or wont, because they might just not like you and u kinda got to end it at that.
I'm sure most of you do this without realizing this, but if you keep this in the back of your mind, you can talk for hours, and as long as you keep putting fuel in the fire by asking questions and making them talk about themselves, they will talk forever.
this is great to build your status, people will love you as they can just say shit and you are listening. and you can also just half listen if ur too retarded, just try to get a general gist about what they say, and go off that.
also treat them like royalty, agree with everything they say and don't argue.

and make sure you ask them questions about how they are, not some other guy in the story, for example, "and yeah there was this homeless bum outside the walmart just tweaking, screaming and smearing shit on the walls", dont be a retard and say "damn, thats crazy", or "was he on drugs", they will brush both of these off, and wont even remember you said it. say something like "what did u do?, or say something funny like "mustve been funny, you shoulda joined him".
and dont be a fag and give one worded questions or responses, make sure you elaborate your question so they could blab in their fullest form responding to you.
