How to get pigmentations away?

tbh I have a bigger pigmentation again and idk what to do anymore.

I am already taking
tretinoin 0.05%
combined with
munderm %0.05 + 2 jel
(isotretinoin + eritromisin)

and I took tretinoin 0.025% for about 9 months.

Both are tropical medications, so don’t be fooled because of the reason there is isotretinoin written; it is only a ingridient.

also I did 2 cosmetical micro needlings till now.

I started trying to get 8 a half hours sleep since yesterday, which was a big achievement for me, but my eyebags still do exist.

I would appreciate every helpful thread of y‘all!​

you need to do more microneedling sessions,tret takes a while to work too,make sure you're using sunscreen all day
