I got prescribed them when I was 15 years old at 4’10 inches tall I was this short because I barely ate and never went outside and severely delayed physically. I got bullied for my height constantly and wanted to kill myself. I wish I got prescribed aromasin inhibitors I could’ve been taller.

So either be a fucking midget with open growth plates and insurance can cover it or just buy it from china(the easy route).
