It's a pain to sift through Indian sellers and import them in countries with tight customs. If all you need is basic stuff, there's no need to trouble yourself with all that shit. Just get it from your local pharmacy and buy the cheapest generic option.
Also great for people that live with others. It's annoying to constantly worry about my shit getting delivered when I'm not home. And if you're young and worried about your parents finding them, you can now say they were actually prescribed.
Only works for basic stuff like finasteride, minoxidil, isotretinoin, tretinoin, hydroquinone, azelaic acid, tranexamic acid, tirzepatide, semaglutide, dapoxetine, tadalafil, sildenafil, or other basic looksmaxxing pharmaceuticals.
Step 1: Find a licensed doctor that does online consultations.
You can easily find them on Facebook, search "Spain Dermatologist Online Consultation," and a bunch of them will be advertising. Usually like $20 for a simple consultation through a chat.
If you're lucky, you can find a doctor that will prescribe literally anything if you just pay them. It's not that hard to find them, usually fresh graduates that just got their license and are desperate for money. You can easily get prescribed trt this way.
Step 2: Use fake photos
Take a photo (I just use a random stranger) and edit it to have acne, melasma, or fat and balding. I just use chatgpt to edit it for me. Make sure to make multiple consistent pictures with different angles to be more believable.
Step 3: Convince them to give you a prescription
For "harder" stuff, like isotretinoin or tranexamic acid, they won't easily give it. Just say you've been using tretinoin and hydroquinone for 6 months or something, it usually works. After you get the prescription, it's easy to get refills, they're more likely to prescribe again if you already had a previous prescription.
I know this is probably water, but I know so many people not taking basic must haves like finasteride because they're too afraid of getting scammed or getting fake shit from India. This is an easy alternative.
