lycopene? Astaxanthin? Which one is it?

Supplement? I need a real fix - no makeup.

Which is the best and most effective?

Thanks.

Astaxanthin gives a rosier undertone, lycopene gives a warmer orange tint

I swear people say lycopene gives you a redder colour. Mostly cause its found in tomatoes and its what give it that tint.

I take beta carotene already as well as astaxanthin for less than a week - i wouldnt need astaxanthin on top of that?

Red is so ugly and looks so unhealthy. You guys have 0 style

Why would you want to be red
It's not like you're literally gonna turn red dumbass nigga:feelskek: It's an undertone, a rosy/red undertone complexion. It's a health indicator.

Yes, you should be fucking tan as well, don't be fucking pale nigga:feelskek:

You reckon lycopene over astaxan? Or should I take both?
you could stack them all in moderate doses but lycopene is enough if u want a slightly red/pink undertone
astaxanthin is usually association with a deeper pink im pretty sure

Chatgpt said astaxanthin is better for red undertone and theres not much point in stacking them. Ill stick with my current routine.

any routine is fine really as long as u dont overdose on one of them
asta isnt even studied for its coloring effects in the first place as it is a very potent antioxidant rather than a coloring supplement

Yeah but hopefully the undertone reddening effect works tho

Other way around, lycopene is the rosy red and Astaxanthin golden orange

I’m pretty sure astaxanthin gives rosy red effects. That’s what the BOTB thread says.

@ogrecel67 lol yeah astaxanthin is more like that golden undertone for sure

lycopene is the move for actual red rosy though, good correction. some ppl swear by that and high vitamin c. still gotta get the underlying skin health right too but that's a solid add-on idea for sure.
