When I was pretty badly sunburned back in like August, my cheeks had a slight reddish hue to it which I liked. How to get it?
I won't use makeup and would a derma roller work and if so for how long?
Can't use any peps or roids as I'm only 14

Idk.. sugar maybe? But it has to be real black licorice not the red shit that they eat In the US
alr hopefully I can find it at the corner shop or sm and it probably won't be the red thing as I live in England

I get them quite easily when I use ephedrine + caffeine + aspirin (eca stack) and do anything like even just play video games. My entire face especially my cheeks get blushy naturally.

(1) The Derma Roller

But have a risk of scaring it's temporary

(2) Try Astaxanthin

If you really want a supplement, this is the most effective one for a "red/pink" skin tone.

(3)Beetroot Powder
If you want your cheeks to look red because of actual blood flow
(4) Lycopene

Yea does the same as Astaxanthin

The supplement are permanent until you stop taking them Astaxanthin, Beetroot Powder, Lycopene add bata carotene if you want a orange glow

Astaxanthin 4-12mg daily
Beetroot Powder 5g mix this into a smoothy or something
Lycopene 10-20mg daily
bata carotene 15mg daily

Make up

You could use make up like a lip stick I swear no one would notice

Eat primal diet by aajonus. From personal exp I can see that my face colouring improved significantly after switching from goyslop to primal. I can give you studies regarding the science behind the diet if needed.

Lycopene and astaxanthin i tried like 10+ brands none of them worked, the only carotenoid worked for me was beta carotene.
Derma rolling on cheeks works, but it's for 1 day only, doing it everyday idk if it's healthy.
