how to get remote jobs and or freelance work?

im in some course right now

so ill have qualifications in this work

then need to try build some personal brand around it

then need to try get freelance work or a remote job

problem is remote jobs they want u to come into work once per week or once per month. i dont want to do that. i want it purely remote

any idea a good way to get them? the proper remote jobs? not them shitty hybrid things

or any idea how to start getting freelance work? i feel freelance is gonna be giga hard cos so much competition
