Yeah, 29–31g might cause slightly less scar tissue long-term since they're thinner, but I stick with 27g for the better ease of use, faster and smoother push with Test C oil and no hand fatigue, while still keeping trauma super low with good site rotation. Different prefs for different doses/frequencies no big deal.
