How to get rid of a phobia?

I have an insanely irrational fear of ants. It's so bad that I can't go to SEA or any warm climate and need exterminators in my place 2x a month to spray everything. I have nightmares of ants and red ants crawling on me in my sleep and if I see any I will probably have a heart attack. How can I fix this?

SD - Work your way through “hierarchy of fear” (e.g. looking at a picture of a cartoon ant at the bottom, being in a room with an actual ant at the top). Flooding - surround yourself with fear until it stops e.g. sit in a room full of ants
