Alternating hot and cold.
Wrap a couple ice cubes in a cloth, and hold it up to the pimple for around 10-15 seconds. Do it 2-3 times, twice per day.
also, get a hot cloth, ( you can microwave a wet one) and hold it up to the pimple for 10-15 seconds twice a day.
Pimple should be gone, in a couple days max.
