How to get rid of a tear trough?

I've been using volufiline for months now and have seen slight improvement but dont believe volufiline will fully fix it. I'm doing all the stuff like sleeping enough, avoiding blue light, protecting against uv light, keeping it moisurised and i have good nutrition. Also cant get filler or surgery. is there anything left to do?

it doesn't seem like a lack of fat / thin skin issue, so you just lack undereye support. filler or implants only option but bb cream can mask it until you can surgerymax.
