How to get rid of acne/bad skin

ive recetly had a small breakout of acne does anyone know how to clear my skin up and get more healthy skin its more around the nose area mostly (below the nostrils) so if there is any skincare products that you can recommend that will be awesome, i havent usally done skincare before but yea

Get your diet 100%, drink tons of water and clean your skin. If that doesn't work, try accutane.

Do actual skincare. Don't eat sugar and fix your hormones (for example if you don't sleep well fix that) since acne is actually more hormone dependant than people think. And perhaps start using retinol.

yea i have been going to bed really late so i will try sleep earlier

You can technically go to sleep whenever you want as long as you have a regime. There's this saying that sleep between 22:00 and 2:00 is the best because during this time hormones like testosterone and gh are getting produced. However it's honestly a myth. The truth is that the time in which your body releases hormones during sleep is entirely based on your cicaridian rythm. It's just that people usualy go to sleep between these said hours and therefore the myth was created. So as long as you go to sleep at roughly the same time each night you are going to be fine.

Start using tretinoin. I use spf50, moisturiser from la roche posay along with tret from skinorac and it works great for acne
