Im considering getting on accutane but i treat this like the last option cuz of the side effects and my dermatologist insistence , can someone recommend something with strong results?

For context:
my dermatologist really insists on not getting on accutane saying it will cause more trouble than good things, i eat healthy, my sugar consumption is low, i change bed sheets regularly, i sleep on my back so my face skin doesn’t touch anything and can breathe, i do daily consisting of cleansing gel, serum consisting of: beta hydroxy acid, sarcosine, adenosine and potassium azeloyl diglycinate and a strong moisturizer all recommend by my dermatologist, of course it really helps but my acne is still not gone, and i feel like nothing seems to fully get rid of acne. So what should i use? or should i just consider accutane at this point

How old are you anyway? If you're over 20 and you still have acne on your face, then you should have started Accutane yesterday, lmao
Also, how bad is it? Does your face look like a Chernobyl victim or what? If it's not "that" bad, you could always start with some topical retinoids like Tretinoin.
As always, start slow. You need no more than a pea-sized amount of Tret to use it on the whole face (insisting on the fucked up areas, ofc) every other day, at night. Don't use it every day, especially at the beginning.
If you're gonna use Tret, be sure to only use Tret and a mild moisturizer.
Assuming your dermatologist isn't cancer-bad, he should've prescribed you a couple of exams, like bloodwork and whatnot, to check what the fuck is going on in your body. Could be a hormonal dysfunction, "if" (big if) you're old.
Don't use the same towel to dry your face that you use to dry your ass. Even when you wash your towels at 90°, they're still not gonna be bacteria-free. Buy paper towels, the good quality ones. Use them once, then throw them in the trash.
idk from which shithole you hail from, but generally speaking, Tret doesn't need a prescription to be bought, no need to use sketchy websites for that
You also said that you're using "eta hydroxy acid, sarcosine, adenosine, and potassium azeloyl diglycinate and a strong moisturizer", but for how long have you been using these products? To my understanding, this shit is only useful if your acne comes from bacteria only; if it's a hormonal imbalance, these products won't do anything. How did your retard doctor come to this conclusion? Did he run tests on you, or was he just guessing?
If your acne is 100% bacterical, you just need clindamycin and azelaic acid.
Give more info, for some1 who's saying he's struggling with acne you put zero fucking effort in your post.

1) Good, consistent sleep. Same amount of time, same wake and sleep time.
2) Eat a healthy diet absent of high GI index foods
3) Ensure you're getting enough Vitamin A, Zinc, Copper, and other micronutrients.
4) Ensure you exercise at least 15 minutes a day and stay hydrated.
5) Watch for insulin resistance, or excessive androgens.
6) Get topical Isotretinoin from ClearHealth if you're in the United States.
