I have acne for 4 years, how can I get rid of it is it because of puberty should I wait or?

ask your doctor for isotretinoin, this will clear acne and shrink pores. ask for about 10mg pills and take them daily. or you buy 20mg from india mart (they're mostly less potent than high pharma grade isotretinoin thats why 20)

Accutane (6 months) and keto/paleo diet (no dairy, no grains)

Adapdalene is not cope and tret is not cope either ( its available OTC only in specific countries btw )

Also nobody talked about OTC retinoids
