How to get rid of acne and acne scaring in the face

Accutane / isotreinoin is your best bet, to get rid of all acne. Other stuff will help, but that is the only thing that will fully remove. As for scarring, you can try GHK-CU, but you'll have to be patient. Like effects will show after 3-6 months.

no accutane will not cause problems with sperm, unless you take like a freak dose. Just do 40-60mgs a day. Also yes throne sells topical GHK, but its pretty much cope, pinning would be better.

Can you specify whether your acne is cystic (deep, painful nodules), hormonal (typically around the jawline or cycle related), or possible more comedonal (whiteheads/blackheads)?

also GHK-Cu doesn't fix your fucked skin
for cystic it will only help with healing/scar repair, and for hormonal it works just as barrier repair and inflammation reduction

TL:DR
GHK-Cu is best used after you've controlled the active acne, yes it can make your skin heal faster and look healthier, but it will not prevent or treat new cysts or hormonal breakouts :hnghn:

from what i gather, your acne appears to mostly involve small red bumps (papules) and some small clogged pores or whiteheads,

its obvious that i cant give a professional opinion on what to do, but from what i am aware of, the pattern looks closer to moderate comedonal acne, with some inflammatory lesions

for now i guess you could try Adapalene (Differin) and probably just work on having a clean diet if you think it stems from a hormonal issue

also keep your accutane dose low its basically chemo for your skin
