How can I get rid of mild fungal and inflammatory acne without accutane. I’ve been trying a basic skincare routine with a cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen for months but I have seen no positive results.

If you keep coping and avoiding accutane, one day your acne will become so deep you will be left with scars when you finally remove it

did accutane, it was the best thing ive ever done, didnt purge at all and worked amazing. only downsides is extremely dry skin and lips (lips are annoying as fuck), and you have to eat fats with the pill so like 3 spoon fulls of peanut butter will do (also annoying as fuck), other than that best thing ive EVER done.

I’ve seen some studies that found accutane, though rarely, can cause premature growth plate fusion and lower bone density and I don’t really want to take any risks as my acne is not severe. Are those studies cope or should I just rub snake oil on my skin

accutane isn't the only solution tbh, there are other medications that work pretty well but if u try them for like 2-3 months without results u have to go for it
