i used to have alot of acne, try using panoxyl 10% and mostirzer for 3-6 months and see how it goes

there is no correlation between hair loss and oil glands. it can cause your scalp to become dry and itchy but just start with 20mg and adjust if issues arise.

my mom took accutane when was young, she had liver issues and health issues when she got older all due to accutane ( shes 44 rn ), i have acne too and i told her about me taking accutane she said dont even think kabout it, the side effects long term is very brutal.

i suggest buying “ Panoxyl 10% concentration “ with any good mostrizer, just apply the panoxyl and rub ur face for 2 mins and leave it for another 1-2 mins then wash it off and put a mostrizer after i did this for 6 months really helped me

if you start accutane you have to stop every exfoliant or topical that promotes cell turnover. you can still use hylauronic acid, niacinamide, tranexamic acid etc. but no retinoids, AHA, BHA, benzoyl peroxide.
