I was fortunately blessed with a lighter more fair complexion for an Arab, due to my Syrian blood, I’m essentially as white as a European. Unfortunately this causes my skin to be fairly oily and my parents have cursed me with horrible acne. The cure is simple. Doxycycline antibiotic you can be prescribed by dr and charcoal cleanser and toothbrush for cleaning nose and midface. My skin is completely clear now and not dry just no grease at all.

Go to your dr and tell him you want to try doxycycline or another antibiotic. If he won’t do it you might need a dermatologist to get the referral, the charcoal cleanser can be purchased on Amazon for like 5 $ lumin is good.

Clyndamicin is good but it can be too much if you are not careful, can cause skin damage like sunburn. I’m at risk of melanoma so I’m very careful with my skin.

i had medium to bad acne like a year ago and i tried everything except accutane (clindamycin, benzoly peroxide, apple cider vinger, retin a, u name it) the only ting that really "cured" me was just growing outta of it/eating cleaner and limiting sugar

Yea sugar is the worst but I think Chocolate for some reason is the worst. Maybe high carbon content I’m not sure.

Doxycycline is a godsend. My skin has never been this clear

i used the oral antibiotics and all that did was give me bare farts and gas lol
really depends on what kinda acne u have (hormonal, fungal... etc)

Yea the farts are brutal but it keeps my skin dry and not itchy, mine is hormonal I think but not sure
