How to get rid of back acne scars

I have these back acne scars left over from puberty that I would like to get rid off. I haven't felt confident enough to go swimming shirtless since I was 14 now I am 19 going on 20 soon andante no avail. Is there any way I can get rid of this within a month or two so I can go with my family on vacation to the Caribbean without being self conscious.

I think it is the same as face acne scars, but like some user said, not a big worry

And yes people do get better looking lol it's just that it is a mental asylum filled with rotting incels that already gave up on their lives. Lots of trolls and losers that can't have a normal conversation due to their autism, and those are the people that most post
