I have mogger back but it's full of acne

how do I fix it?
I think it's because I was morbidly obese as a child and fucked up my liver,also I have strech marks but I know I can't fix that.

but nowadays I literally go running almost everyday, very low carb cutting diet with mostly chicken so I know it's not what im eating
