How to get rid of blackheads off your nose and light acne pits and fix it once for a good

Since I was idk, 14 or 15 I went as far as going to beauticians and trying to pop them off on my own, just for this shit to not really go away. None seem to work by far and as I can live with these acne pits because they are not really standing out, but getting skin on my nose done right would really make a visible change.

Anyone had a success getting rid of them withouth laser surgery?
