I think today is the day that I realised that I have body dismorphia. When I was at the gym at few days ago, my friend took a pic of my biceps. It actually looked nice and trained, but the more I look at it the smaller it appears. Like when I first saw it I found it okay, now it just looks untrained to me. Everyone said I have a good/big biceps
