How to get rid of buccal fat without surgery

Hey guys I wanted to know if there are any ways to reduce buccal fat without surgery. i am currently around 13-14 % bf and all fat on my face has slimmed down from when i was at 18% bf except the fat in my cheeks. im currently 16 so my parents will likely not allow me to get any surgery.

you need a map of the arteries on the face first, doesn't have to be exactly like your arteries, having a reference is useful enough
