I have retin a, benzoyl 5% and clyndamicin phosphate 1%. How often and how much? Also general lifestyle to prevent it.

keep doing it, wait it out. don't let it get worse or irritate, You don't want scars. Maybe get rid of dairy. Some ppl are lactose intolerant and dairy gives them acne

If you have body acne you need systemic treatments. Accutane / oral antibiotics or both. Nothing else will clear it before scars start to form. If you are taking an oral antibiotic without accutane combine it with 0.1% tazarotene or 0.1% tretinoin you need high strength retinoids for body acne as skin is thicker.
