I've been using tropical tretinoin for 4 weeks and there's been no change.

Pretty sure that's what literally everyone with a decent skincare routine does but yeah.

Isn't daily cleansing important?, I do that twice a day

too much damage onto the skin barrier whilst in the early stages of retinoid usage is dumb

but it depends from person to person- if ur skin doesnt feel too dry after cleansing and using retinoids then ur fine

What if I only use double cleansing like micellar water?
