how to get rid of cystic pimples

So i have some cystic pimples in my face but they dont go away.
I have it for almost a year now and tried some methods but nothing worked.
I went to the doctor but he didnt want to remove so he gave me a stupid gel that i already had.
I already tried:

- ice
- needle
-pimple patch microneedle
-Benzac Gel 50mg/ml benzoyl peroxide
- eating really clean

If you guys can help me it will mean the world to me!

Benozyl peroxide worked like shit for me id recommend accutane instead

It has to be a specialist dermatoligist so ask him to give you referal he might deny it if your acne isnt moderate-severe

you cant really see it but i hate it so much, i have like stones in my face. When i went to my doc for it he didnt even touch my face that prob bc he couldnt see them, i just want those pimples to go away

Yeah then you provably aint getting accutane id suggest sticking to your routine if it aint work then talk with your doc if he a retard order from indiamart

Yeah i think he is a retard bc he said those pimples would easly go away. Those pimples are 1 year deep in my skin how does a little gel make it go away? And yes last option is indeed ordering from indiamarkt

make an appointment with an actual derm and get accutane

I had the Same Problem as you but now my Skin is clean no acne anymore I just hopped on accutane 20mg a day and and also trying ghk cu 2mg a day (ghk not necessary).
Just Hop on accutane Trust me it mogs
