You could probably search it up on your water company and see the concentration of minerals

I had hard water where I used to live and I'm pretty sure its what caused a lot of my dandruff, don't get it as much anymore

i had dandruff due to a dry scalp, so i stopped using schampoo for 2 months, but it didnt make it any better :/

using schampoo once every or other week is probably the go to, but depending on ur dandruff type u may need to get an anti-dandruff schampoo (an actual one, like ketoconazole or something, not fucking head and shoulders),,, then again i dont know ur dandruff type, if theyre small white, large white, or yellow
