how to get rid of dandruff?

i don’t use shampoo or conditioner bc it’s harmful but i’ve developed dandruff
how tf do i get rid of it

Tell me im copying but diet plays a big role, cut all vegetable oils (soys sunflower) olive oil is great. Also gluten fucks my seborreic dermatitis (dandruf...)

If its a fungal thing use nizoral. if its cause you stopped shamp/cond then just wait, usually it takes like a month for the hair to reach a balance, when I had this I used a brush to massage the scalp and exfoliate the head skin and then rinsed in cold water to clean it out.

It has a ton of chemicals which will nuke your scalp thats why you use it only a few times and let it sit in scalp for like 20mins. Fungus is only one of the many possible causes of dandruff, for me I had dry/scaly/oily scalp which normalized after like a month of washing with only water.
