The best method would be to fraud with makeup such as concealer/cc cream (would be best).

Only flaw is that they're temporary.

Retinol can slightly thicken skin over time, but it's meh.

Only real way to 'fix' them is with surgery (infraorbital rim implants/fat grafting/fillers).

Wear infra tape overnight and you’ll get projected infra orbitals in like 2 weeks. Worked really well for me.
