Why the process?

Cheaper than infras and often you don't need infras to fix them

Alternatively also a blepharoplasty

The surgeon will know his preferred method

Often you can fix it trough that alone and it's cheaper than saddled infraorbital rim implants since they are very expensive
But if you need infras you need them I would get a full face ct scan if I was you to see if it's.a mild or heavy bone issue or no bone issue until you get a ct scan and consult with a surgeon you are tapping in the dark
