First differentiate eyebags from dark circles. If you really have dark circles and are sleeping well, your bones are probably hollow and the only solution is to get implants, you're not doing that and me neither, so I recommend using makeup on your undereyes.
Hard to tell without a picture but that's my case and very possibly it is yours too.
