Pull the skin if the color changes it’s due to bone structure/loss of fat and the only way to change that is probably implants like saddled infraorbitals or maybe fat grafts
If the skin color doesn’t change after pulling then it’s due to hyperpigmentation and the only non cope method is probably hydroquinone percentage depends on how bad the circles are but 4% is usually good for most people

The only thing that’s worked for me is genuinely not being on my phone

When I was on holiday I had perfect sleep and my phone usage was under an hour everyday, gone under 2 weeks.
