So lately these past few months I've been getting itchy scalp in general all over my head, even though I shampoo my hair, and it's been way worse at my crown than anywhere else?

I was wondering how can I prevent this and what am I doing wrong when washing my hair?

tgel, also make sure youre not going bald.

I notice that exercise and sweating gets rid of it.

I've had this since birth (Literally), it's not always balding

You might have a seborrheic dermatitis flareup. It is often triggered by stress and usually happens in the cold months.
Some spots are more sensible than others; i.e. behind the ears, around the hairline, on the nape of the neck, on the crown.

Are you sure this works for a dry scalp because it talks about it being for dandruff and I know that the two are caused by totally different things
