How to get rid of dry skin texture or just skin texture

My acne has started to go away which is amazing since ive stool to a routine but I still have skin texture and my skin is dry unless I don’t use product which I need or else acne comes back also my sebaceous filament's won’t go away even tho I’ve been using sacilyc acid and tips ? (Might be able to get hydrocortisone)
