How to get rid of dysmorphia?

I have struggeled with dysphoria a while now, around 5 years. I was overweight when I was a kid even though I ate healthy. I developed anorexia when I was 9, and after that I have struggeled with my relationship with food and my body. I am very tired of ts and I want to get better.
Is there anything that works?
