How to get rid of eye bags due to bone support

My orbitals have weak support resulting in a weak under eye appearance. Eye-baggish like, but not the typical discolored or puffy eye bags. It looks like itachi from Naruto because of the lines too. any suggestions?

From what I’ve learned, bad under eye support can be due to lack of cheekbone projection (I think I have the same issue), but infraorbital projection is also a main cause of that appearance. I still don’t know exactly sure of what all expanding your palate/maxilla can do to your face, so maybe look into that.
