eyelid exposure is mostly genetics, but u can fix it partly i believe by not using ur frontalis muscles. just dont use ur eyebrows, and u can relax them by massaging them but i doubt you actually have to massage them. you can use volufiline to add fat there but ive never tried it.
eyebags you can solve by volufiline as well but its kinda a bandaid. cold spoons, massaging the area to increase blood flow, caffeine serums etc. bones matter too, if ur maxilla is recessed the skin seems thinner i think.
