How to get rid of face wrinkles

How can I reduce facial wrinkles? I currently have a medium body fat percentage of around 17-20%, and I’m considering lowering it to 10%. Would this reduction in body fat percentage help with the lines and wrinkles on my face? I’m currently taking 5 IU of GH in a split dose, taken nightly and in the morning. Would any topical steroid creams help with this either?

My maxilla isn’t too recessed. I have average forward growth, but my maxilla could be a bit wider. Thumb pulling twice daily has helped a lot.
