The cheek pads at the sides of my nose give me pronounced nasolabial folds. When I press my finger against the fat pads, the folds dissapear. Is there a way to achieve this with surgery?

From what little I can see of your face, I would wager you lack midface (and especially alar base) projection which causes these folds to appear prematurely. On a face like yours, it is actually natural to have nasolabial folds like this and removing fat would age you considerably. The solution would be some combination of fat grafts, midface lift, projection rhinoplasty, and midface osteotomy, depending on what the rest of your face looks like. The indications for malar fat pad liposuction are actually pretty rare. It is easy to mistake the forest for the trees when it comes to nasolabial folds.

So I'm pretty much fucked then. No easy way to correct this.

maxilla is pretty recessed and jaw looks to be recessed too. go for djs you should probably get it covered by insurance
I already consulted with a few maxfac surgeons and they all advised me against getting jaw surgery, saying the surgery is far too complicated and the benefits I could gain from it wouldn't be worth it, plus my oclussion is normal.

What they did suggest me was to get a genio, but I'm not sure if it could make much of a difference.

dude wtf is wrong with you? Of course average board certified clown will advise against surgery. Most of orthognatic surgeons are useless and clueless as fuck.
They are only taking anomaly cases and don't give a shit about aesthetics.

Go to blackpilled surgeons because you are recessed as fuck you need forward growth to have an attractive face whereas yours look as flat as USS Nimitz. Only Implants + Bimax can save you!
