How to get rid of forehead acne?

I have no real acne on my face, but my forehead is full of this fungal acne. I used to have my hair on my forehead and have had a middle part for over a month now, no improvement. I only use conditioner with water in the morning and night and wash my face with a cleanser. If anyone could give me a way to get rid of this id be thankful, maybe even attach a non cope thread. Thanks.

if ur scared of isotretinoin u can get topical tret or some benzoyl peroxide face wash. Idk why you’d want to waste time with topicals though

I had and still sorta have the same issue. Just gotta slick back when you can eg home or night if you don’t want to in public. Use tretinoin for it and cleanser. In a few months it should clear up

If you start getting dark spots, use glycolic acid and cycle it with the tret. Stay out of the sun tho and use lots of sunblock when going in it
