Don't use cheap shampoos with sulfates, wash hair less frequently, use a conditioner after shampoo for 5 mins in hair and use a little leave-in conditioner before drying your hair. Also don't use high heat, and if you want a quick "fix" to your damaged hair a really effective thing is leaving olive oil in your hair overnight and then washing it off with shampoo. Mark as solution
